The first time you save the Template, save it as a .dotx file (this saves the file as a template).
For each client, save the .dotx file as a .docx file to create a new contract. (This will ensure you have an original, unedited .dotx file of the contract template saved.)
This template will work in Microsoft Word on both Macs and PCs.
